Training
Every Monday we train in the double gym of the elementary school on Haager Straße from 8 PM to 9:30 PM. In the summer, we also meet weekly to play beach volleyball.

This is how our training is structured

Warm-up
approx. 20-30 min
To bring the necessary fitness to the field, our sports teacher guides us through some strength, endurance, and stretching exercises.

Technique
approx. 20-30 min
Afterwards, we refine our technique by incorporating exercises for reception, attack/block, defense, and tactics/technique.

Gameplay
approx. 40-60 min
To ensure we have enough gameplay experience on our match days, we practice our teamwork in free play.

Bar
Until the thirst is quenched
After training, we like to gather at the bar and enjoy a cold drink in good company.
